IWA Japan: Kowasaki Dream 1995

Tiger Jeet Singh v. Mr. GannTiger Jeet Singh v. Mr. Gannosuke in a Barbed Wire Board and Chain Match

This was a squash but Tiger Jeet Singh is legit a scary dude. This dude whooped on Gannosuke with a chair then choked him out on a barbed wire board.

Tiger Jeet Singh advances via submission

2/5

Leatherface v. Terry Funk in a Barbed Wire Board and Chain Match

This match was insane. The match started with Terry Funk going through barbed wire. Leatherface used a chainsaw. These two climbed a baseball wall and fought at the top. And we had an I am the table spot. Considering this was 1995 this was way ahead of its time.

Terry Funk advances via pinfall

3.5/5

Cactus Jack v. Terry Gordy in a Barbed Wire Baseball Match and Thumbtacks Match

This match was great because it was one of the last great Terry Gordy matches. He was smacking around Cactus Jack the whole match. Cactus took an insane amount of punishment and could make a story out of it. Who else does this better? I mean that Powerbomb he took on that bed of tacks. Fuck!. That fucking fucker got him.

Cactus Jack advances via pinfall

3/5

Shoji Nakamaki v. Hiroshi Ono in a Barbed Wire Baseball Bat and Thumbtack match

This looked like a real fight. These two just pounded each other to the point they were both bloody messes.

Shoji Nakamaki wins via pinfall

2.75/5

Flying Kid Ichikara defends the WWA International Light Heavyweight Championship against Takashi Okano

This was a good match. Flying Kid Ichikara was really good. I wish I knew more of Ichikara.

Takashi Okana wins the WWA International Light Heavyweight Championship via pinfall

2/5

Iceman v. Kamikaze

This was okay. It was a slow technical match so it wasn't my thing but at least it was short.

Iceman wins via pinfall

1.5/5

Tiger Jeet Singh v. Terry Funk in a Barbed Wire Board and Glass match

This was crazy. From Tiger Jeet Singh chasing the crowd with a sword,to Tiger Jeet Singh beating up a young boy with the end of the sword, to Terry Funk bleeding buckets this was chaos in the best possible way. Plus Cactus Jackcoming out and attacking both men was great foreshadowing.

Terry Funk advances via pinfall

3/5

Cactus Jack v. Shoji Nakamaki in a Barbed Wire and Spike Nail Death Match

This was amazing. That Elbow Drop Cactus Jack did onto that bed of nails is everything you need to know about this match. Fuck that was amazing!

Cactus Jack Advances via pinfall

3.25/5

The Headhunters v. Silver King and El Tejano

I wasn't too into this match but the Headhunters were stiff.

The Headhunters win via pinfall

1.75/5

Dan Severn defends the NWA Championship against Tarzan Goto

This match was insane. Not a Death Match but this felt like a real fight and Tarzan Goto bled perfusely. Dan Severn was a badass who was grossly underutilized in WWE.

Dan Severn retains via submission

3/5

Terry Funk v. Cactus Jack in a Barbed Wire Board Timed Explosion Match.

I had not seen this match before and what the fuck was I waiting for? How the fuck have I been a death match fan for 2 years and a wrestling fan for 33 and not seen this? That bump Cactus took from the Ladder to the Barbed Wire rivals his Hell in a Cell bump and Cactus was a bloody mess. Terry is a fucking legend.

Cactus Jack wins the King of the Death Match via pinfall

5/5

Overall

The Tournament itself is amongst the best I have ever seen and lays the ground work for the modern style of Death Match Wrestling.

GCW:The Block Is Hot 2024

Cole Radrick v. Kevin Blackwood

This was okay. This was a standard wrestling match that achieved its purpose of getting the crowd going.

Cole Radrick wins via pinfall
2.25/5

The Rich and Powerful v. To Infite and Beyond

We had a GCW debut with Colin Delaney and Cheech. I wasn't into this match, though. It was slow paced and not my thing. Plus the finish was sudden

The Rich and Powerful win via submission?
1.75/5

Broski Jimmy v. Nick Wayne

This was a good match. Nick Wayne brought it, and Jimmy Lloyd showed he can go as well.

Nick Wayne wins via pinfall
3/5

Mance Warner v. Microman

The match itself was just a squash, but after the match, Mance Warner was gonna take the mask off Microman, and Allie Katch made the save.

No Contest
2/5

Marcus Mathers v. Aerial Van Go v. Jay Lyon v. Facade

This was a scramble style match, but the crowd was into it, so how mad can I be?

Marcus Mathers wins via pinfall
2.75/5

The Fatu's v. Gringo Loco and Oni El Bendito

This was a great match. Jacob Fatu was doing lucha! Man, this guy is amazing. This also broke down into a crazy brawl and we had doors as well.

The Fatu's win via pinfall
3/5

The Mothership v. High Seas

This was okay. High Seas was a decent team and I wouldn't mind seeing them on more shows.

The Mothership wins via pinfall
2/5

Violence is Forever v. Nick Gage and Danhausen

This was a good match and I am intrigued by the Nick Gage/Danhausen team. After the match Danhausen blamed Nick Gage for the loss and threatened to put a curse on him and Nick Gage said him and Maki Itoh will face him and a partner of his choosing at Spring Break.

Violence is Forever retain via pinfall
2.25/5

Blake Christian and Shane Mercer v. Joey Janela and Sawyer Wreck

This was a solid match. It set up the Janela/Blake match for the Collective great and the Gucci bag from Missy Hyatt came into play.

Joey Janela and Sawyer Wreck win via pinfall
3.25/5

Overall

This was a good show. It was a big deal to Brett so it should be to you.

This set up a lot of things for the Collective and was a good go home show.

GCW:Role Model 2024

Gahbage Daddies v. The Pillars

This match was fun. It was cool to see Tommy Vendetta and MM3 in a GCW ring and it was cool to see D-Mac booked on a GCW show was well. That match was a standard tag match but the stage dive Alec Price hit was sick.

Gahbage Daddies win via pinfall

2.75/5

Marcus Mathers v. Joshua Bishop v. Oni El Bendito v. Karam v. Isaiah Broner v. Gringo Loco

Same Scramble with more meat.

Gringo Loco wins via pinfall

2.5/5

Sawyer Wreck v. Blake Christian

This was a good match. And Blake refusing to defend the GCW Championship was a nice touch.

Blake Christian wins via pinfall

2.75/5

Dan The Dad v. Microman

This was a fun match that reminded me of something Chikara would have booked. Microman is the man.

Microman wins via pinfall

3/5

Richard Holliday and Parrow v. The Mothership

This match was eh. But the real story was Mance Warner coming out and attacking Allie Katch to continue that story line.

Richard Holliday and Parrow win via pinfall

2/5

Bang and Matthews v. The Fatu's

I enjoyed this match. The Fatu's ran through Bang and Matthews and the Fatu's are just ignorant savages.

The Fatu's win via pinfall

2.75/5

Shane Mercer v. Joey Janela

This was a good match. It furthered the Blake Christian/Joey Janela story and i loved the involvement of Missy Hyatt.

Joey Janela wins via pinfall

2.75/5

Violence is Forever defend the GCW Tag Team Championship against The Rejects

This was a great match. We finally had glass and plenty of it. Dominic Garrini was all cut up. I know VIF aren't really Death Match wrestlers but they bleed good and I would like to see them in more.

Violence is Forever retain via pinfall

3.25/5

Matt Cardona v. Danhausen

This was a lot of fun. Cardona us a great heel and Danhausen is a great act. During the match, Matt Cardona and Steph DeLander were creating in every way possible but Nick Gage came out to even the odds.

Danhausen wins via pinfall

3/5

Overall

This show was good but felt like a throw away.

ICW NHB 1

Tessa Blanchard v. Nick Gage

What a way to start off the ICW NHB Promotion. This wasn't much of a Death Match but, rather a good wrestling match. The only thing that took away from it was the sudden finish of Nick Gage getting his shoulder up before the three.

Tessa Blanchard wins via pinfall

2.75/5

Casanova Valentine v. Homicide

This was a great match. This was the Homicide I like to see, the version I saw on ROH comps. Pouring bleach on Casanova then stabbing him with a fork, good lord.

Homicide wins via referee stoppage

3/5

Alex Colon v. Jimmy Lloyd

This was decent. There was a lot of barbed wire used which I like.

Alex Colon wins via pinfall

2.75/5

John Wayne Murdoch v. Eric Ryan

This was great. These two can't have a bad Death Match now and even back then they couldn't. I mean that spot where the Razor Board was dropped on Eric Ryan was ridiculous.

Eric Ryan wins via referee stoppage

3.5/5

Tony Deppen v. Killer Kross

I wasn't too into this but I'm not a Kross fan so that makes sense I wouldn't like this.

Killer Kross wins via submission

1/5

Shlak v. Necro Butcher

This was awesome. Necro showed why he is a legend. Even though this was around the time he was sick he was still hitting hard as fuck and bled like crazy.

Shlak wins via pinfall

3/5

Mance Warner v. Dan Maff

I enjoyed this match. Goddamn can Dan Naff hit hard.

Dan Maff wins via pinfall

2.75/5

Masashi Takeda v. Low-Ki

This was a good match but the ref stoppage at the end was unnecessary. Takeda went toe to toe with a legend like Low-Ki and did without weapons. Who said death match his can't work again?

Low-Ki wins via referee stoppage

2.75/5

Overall

Great first show for ICW NHB. it accomplished what they wanted it to and had an all timer with Eric Ryan v. John Wayne Murdoch.

ICW NHB 60

Tommy Vendetta v. Akira

Tommy Vendetta issued an open challenge and Akira answered. This was a great match and very violent. Akira did tube Muta Lock with a Saw. We had Legos and does as well.

Akira wins via pinfall
3.5/5

Gabriel Skye v. Jimmy Lloyd

I enjoyed this match.  It had been awhile since I've seen Gabriel Skye and he impressed me here.  The lack of ropes didn't hinder his move set much.  Jimmy took a break from the Broski gimmick here.

Jimmy Lloyd wins via pinfall
3/5

Marcus Mathers defends the ETU Key to the East Championship against MM3

This was a good match. It's hard to do a straight wrestling match in the chains but these two were perfect for the job.

Marcus Mathers retains via pinfall
3/5

Ace Romero v. Alec Price

This was great.  Alec Price for right in for not doing Death Match too much.  Price took Barbed Wire Doors and Tacks like a champ. Ace Romero did a fucking tope as well.

Alec Price wins via pinfall
3.5/5

Danny Demanto v. Little Mean Kathleen

This was good.  This had a story and that was Danny kept dishing out punishment and LMK kept taking it. It was a nod to LMK's trainer and ECW legend Spike Dudley.

Little Mean Kathleen wins via pinfall
3.25/5

Chris Bradley v. Kristian Ross

This was okay. Honestly I know these guys are young into their careers but I wasn't that into this series.  They tried it just wasn't for me.

Kristian Ross wins via pinfall
2/5

KillDozer defends the American Death Match Championship against Otis Cogar

This was great.  It was a hoss fight with Tenzans and Glass.

KillDozer retains via pinfall
3.25/5

IWA Mid-South:Prince of the Death Match 2018

Cash Borden v. Alister Wilde v. JC Rotten in a. Light Bulbs, Light Tubes and Light Bulb Canvas Match

This was decent. That burn mark on JC Rotten from that plugged-in tube was gnarly.

JC Rotten advances via pinfall
2.25/5

Orin Veidt v. Cody Rice v. Trip Cassidy in a Four Corners of Pain Match

This was a great match. Fun fact, this was Orin Veidt's first Death Match and it was a brutal one. Lemon Juice and Salt were poured into the wounds. All three men went through Barbed Wire-covered objects as well.

Tripp Cassidy advances via pinfall
3/5

Gorgeous Gary Galaxy v. Mike Roach v. Justin Storm in a Home Run Derby Match

This was okay. It was just three smacking each other in the head with stuff.

Justin Storm advances via pinfall
2.5/5

Eric Wayne v. Amazing Maria v. Marko Stunt

This was a great match.  Marko Stunt is someone I did not know did death matches but he did great here. Amazing Maria was a badass. That cut on her leg was gross and I can't tell if her fishnets ripped or she got a layer of skin ripped off.

Amazing Maria advances via pinfall
3.25/5

Justin Storm v. Amazing Maria in a Drunken Death Match

This was good and once again, I was taken aback by how much punishment Amazing Maria took. She took a driver to a shopping cart and cut her arm badly again on a barbed wire bat.

Amazing Maria advances via submission
2.75/5

Tripp Cassidy v. JC Rotten in a Fans Bring The Weapons Match

This was good until the finish. It started cool with some weapons, JC Rotten took a saw to the head. But in the end, Tripp Cassidy cut his back so badly that they had to rush the finish.

JC Rotten advances via pinfall
2.25/5
Amazing Maria v. JC Rotten in a World Series of Glass match for the Prince of the Death Match

This was okay and it delivered on the glass but the match felt rushed. Afterwards, the promo explained why that was and I hope Tripp ended up being not that bad.

Amazing Maria wins Prince of the Death Match
4-3

GCW: So Much Fun 2024

Opening Scramble

It was a scramble match, but not as good as the one the previous night.

Oni El Bendito wins via pinfall
2.25/5

Richard Holliday and Parrow v. Gahbage Daddies

I wasn't that into this match. I like all involved but it was short and clunky.

Richard Holliday and Parrow win via pinfall
1.75/5

Alex Zayne v. Broski Jimmy

This was an okay match. It was too short for me.

Broski Jimmy wins via pinfall
2/5

Joey Janela v. Jack Cartwheel

This was an okay match. Both men are great but nothing on this stood out to me.

Joey Janela wins via pinfall
2.5/5

Brandon Kirk v. Microman

This match was great. Microman putting people through glass is great and Brandon being a heel again, it's been too long since I've seen that.

Microman wins via pinfall
3.25/5

Blake Christian defends the GCW Championship against Masha Slamovich

This match was good. The use of the ladder was great and that bump Shane Mercer took through the doors was insane. What was even more insane was the Boston Crab on the Ladder Blake gave Masha for the finish.

After the match Missy Hyatt was heckling Blake Christian, Blake Christian invited Missy Hyatt into the ring and he and Shane Mercer tried to attack Missy but Joey Janela made the save and informed Blake that it would be Joey Janela v. Blake Christian for the GCW Championship at Spring Break.

Blake Christian retains via submission
2.75/5

John Wayne Murdoch  v. Kasey Katal
This match was amazing. Kasey is back from her hiatus and the time off did her well. She took glass, tubes gussets, and a cheese grater to the lady parts like a champ. The arm of JWM after that gusset 2x4 shot was bleeding profusely. And the finish with Kasey diving off the forklift onto JWM, who was sandwiched between a board and a pane of glass, while the glass was on fire was unreal. We missed you Kasey and glad you're back.

Kasey Katal wins via pinfall
4.25/5

Thrussy v. Maki Death Kill and Matt Tremont

This match was good until the finish. We got the signature Nick Gage pizza cutter spot. That bump Gage and Sheik too through the table to the outside was great. But Mance Warner came out and attacked Effy with a screwdriver and the ref called for the bell.
No Contest
2/5

After the match, Nick Gage told Mance Warner to quit interrupting his matches.

Ryuji Ito and Abdullah Kobayashi v. Los Macizos

This was a great brawl to end the weekend and I would love to see Ryuji Ito back in a GCW ring.

Ryuji Ito and Abdullah Kobayashi win via pinfall
3/5

Overall

This was a so-so show, not bad but not memorable for a Showboat show.

GCW:Ashes To Ashes 2024

Joey Janela defends the Extreme Championship against Jimmy Lloyd, Marcus Mathers, Alex Zayne, Jack Cartwheel and Maki Itoh

This was okay. It was your average GCW scramble with all the high spots.

Maki Itoh wins the Extreme Championship via pinfall
2.5/5

Violence Is Forever defends the GCW Tag Team Championship against Sawyer Wreck and Dark Sheik

This was okay. Violence is Forever was great in this and I loved the dart gun spot but this was a bit sloppy in parts.

Violence is Forever retained via pinfall
2.5/5
Los Macizos and Oni El Bendito v. Mr. Danger, Hunter Drake and Teri Yaki

This match was great. Oni El Bendito was going nuts here and doing some Lucha stuff that would give Vikingo a run for his money. We had some crazy stuff going on with doors and chairs as well. That bump Mr. Danger took on the upside-down chairs was unreal.

Los Macizos and Oni El Bendito win via pinfall
3.5/5

Charles Mason v. Danhausen

This was good. I'm not usually a Charles Mason fan but he was a great heel for Danhausen and he bled well. Danhausen was great and showed how badly AEW underutilizes him.

Danhausen wins via pinfall
3/5

John Wayne Murdoch v. Brandon Kirk

I enjoyed this one. This was as violent as expected. That spot where JWM jammed a knife through Brandon's ear made me cringe and that PSYCHOSRIVERFUCKYOURLIFE through the ornament board was insane as well. the funny part was the Piledriver, a straight wrestling move was what finished this one.

John Wayne Murdoch wins via pinfall
3/5

Microman v. Tony Deppen

This was fun. It was a light-hearted comedy match. Both men are so good that it worked.

Microman wins via pinfall
2.75/5

Gahbage Daddies v. Blake Christian and Shane Mercer

This was okay. Matchwise wasn't much. I like the new look on Blake and how the mustache is heat and makes him look like more of a jagoff. Name me a better heel on the indies right now.

Blake Christian wins via pinfall
2.5/5

Effy v. Mance Warner in an Atlantic City Strap Match

This was awesome. At first, I saw the strap was on a pole and got flashbacks to WCW and thought it was stupid. But these guys made this great. Unhinged Mancer is the best Mancer and he and Bussy are having a blood war. Mance using a drill was some great shit.

Effy wins via pinfall
3.5/5

Abdullah Kobayashi v. Matt Tremont

This match was great. This brought me pure joy. From Kobayashi singing Happy Birthday to Tremont to Kobayashi ripping a Kenzan out of his head to Tremont falling through the door/glass structure. I was smiling ear to ear the whole time.

Abdullah Kobayashi wins via pinfall
4/5

Ryuji Ito v. Nick Gage

This was a great match. This was a dream match and it delivered. I haven't seen much of Ito yet, but I look forward to seeing more of his Big Japan stuff. We had Tokyo towers here and a lot of blood and glass.

Nick Gage wins via pinfall
3.25/5

Overall

Great show and this pumped-out banger after banger

Circle 6:EIP 2 Year Anniversary

Bestia 666 v. Akira

This was good. Akira once again showed off his newfound abilities he learned in Japan and it meshed well with Bestia.

Akira wins via pinfall
2.75/5

Krule v. Bateman v. Slice Boogie

This was a Krule open challenge and I wasn't into it but it served its purpose of being a Krule squash match.

Krule wins via pinfall
1/5

Pretty Peter Avalon v. Rob Shit

I wasn't into this match. It was a lot of comedy and just not my thing.

Rob Shit wins via pinfall
0.75/5

Zicky Dice v. Cassanova Valentine in a No Ring, No Rules Casket Match

Same idea as the previous match but executed better. The casket was a Chinese food container.

Cassanova Valentine wins
2/5

The Cogars v. Drake Younger and Dale Patricks

This was a great match.  Many tubes were broken. Atticus did a moonsault onto a pane of glass. Atticus also does the skewer spot great and gets those things to stick in.
The Cogars win via pinfall
3.75/5

Bobby Beverley and Matthew Justice v. The Fatus in a Steel Cage Match

This match was good except the fucking signal kept getting lost. Fuck you Triller! Other than that this was a very ECW '96 style match. There were a few I am the Table spots, especially the finish, I hope Journey is okay.

Bobby Beverly and Matthew Justice win via pinfall
3/5

Overall thoughts

Good show. It started with a bang and got slow after that but the 2 main events delivered. Happy 2 years Circle 6

GCW:Keep In Touch 2024

Violence Is Forever defends the GCW Tag Team Championship against Gahbage Daddies

This was a great match. Violence is Forever continues to grow on me. Alec Price was spectacular here. That spot where he jumped off Kevin Ku's shoulders and did a hurricanrana to Dominic Garrini was insane.

Violence is Forever retained via pinfall
3/5

Brayden Lee v. Josh Bishop

This was more or less a squash match. It served its purpose of getting Josh Bishop to look strong but there was no substance to it.

Josh Bishop wins via pinfall
1/5

Myron Reed v. Jack Cartwheel

This match was good. Myron is killing it right now as is Jack Cartwheel.

Myron Reed wins via pinfall
2.75/5

Billie Starkz v. Billy Roc

This was good. The crowd was into this Teacher v. Student match. Billie can sell and Billy Roc is still a good technician.

Billie Starkz wins via pinfall
2.5/5

Los Macizos and Oni El Bendito v. Young Dragons

I liked this.  Even though it was your typical indie high spots match it served its purpose of showcasing Macizos and Bendito and giving the Young Dragons a chance, hopefully the Young Dragons come back. The dive Bendito did where he almost killed the fans in the front row was amazing too.

Los Macizos and Oni El Bendito win via pinfall
2.75/5

Steph DeLander v. Sawyer Wreck

This was decent.  Both women got to showcase what they do well but the problem was this wasn't given enough time.

Sawyer Wreck wins via pinfall
2/5

Calvin Tankman v. Alex Zayne

This was a great match. Tankman is back in GCW and he can move a lot better and hit a lot harder.  Alex Zayne put on a great showing as well.

Calvin Tankman wins via pinfall
3/5

Blake Christian defends the GCW Championship against Arik Cannon

I enjoyed this match simply because this was the showing Arik Cannon deserved.

Blake Christian retains via pinfall
2.75/5

The Rejects v. Maki Death Kill

This was great and this was a good example of how you do not need glad in a death match. Maki was busting out staple guns and it worked.

Maki Death Kill wins via pinfall
3.25/5

Mance Warner v. Spyder Nate Webb

This was a great match.  This celebrated 25 years of Spyder Nate Webb and he did great. Webb made Mancer bleed and did a Chairsault like it was 2004 all over again. Happy 25 years

Mance Warner wins via pinfall
3.5/5

This was an okay show. Not much came out of this and it felt very throw away.

RPW:Animosity 2024

Otis Cogar v. Hardway Heeter in a No-Roped Barbed Wire Match

I enjoyed this match. It was worked the way I think a barbed wire Match should be worked. And the finish with Otis choking out Hardway with the wire was gross.

Otis Cogar wins via submission
3.5/5

Christian Napier v. Zach Thomas

This was a squash match. Christian Napier got the shit beat out of him and rightfully so. Afterward, Napier got powerbomb off the stage through a door, and then Zach Thomas called out Christian Napier and Ricky Shane Page for Miasma.

Zach Thomas wins via pinfall
2/5

The Bruisers v. Schwartzy and Randi West

I enjoyed this match. It started a bit hard to see because of the brawling in the crowd but once I was able to make sense of what was going on this was violent. Glass was used, tubes were used, and the sound that gusset 2x4 Randi hit Mitch with was a very distinct sound that made me cringe.

Schwartzy and Randi West win via pinfall
3.5/5

Satu Jinn v. Judge Joe Dred.

I loved this. It was an old-school hoss fight. Steven Jury is the best heel promo in all of Death Match Wrestling and We got to see 2 monsters tear down the Eagle's club. Afterward, Judge Joe Dred called out Matt Tremont for Miasma.

Judge Joe Dred wins via pinfall
4/5

Tommy Vendetta defends the Rust Belt Death Match Championship against MM3

This was an open challenge that MM3 answered. It was a good match and yes it was a death match but MM3 is so fucking good. He went so far into the crowd on that tope he did. After Tommy retained he was told he would be defending the title at Miasma in a Four Way.

Tommy Vendetta retains via pinfall
3/5

Dr. Redacted v. Akira

This match was so good. Akira impressed me here. Ever since he went to Big Japan he came back hitting way harder and with more of a mean streak. Dr. Redacted is now a resident of the Chicagoland area and is now our favorite lunatic.

Akira wins via pinfall
4/5

Remington Rhor defends the Kamikaze Championship against Eric Dillinger

This was very good. Remington is a maniac and he needs to be on bigger stages. Rem proves himself everywhere he goes so East Coast book this man. Eric Dillinger can fly as well as do Death Match. The leg drop onto the apron with the tubes was so crazy.

Remington Rhor retains via pinfall
3.25/5

Hoodfoot defends the RPW Championship against Atticus Cogar

I wasn't really into this. For this having 2 of the best Death Match wrestlers going out wasnt a lot of death match. Plus this felt very rushed.

Atticus Cogar wins the RPW Championship via pinfall
2/5

Show overall 8/10

GCW: Project GCW 2024

Billie Starkz v. Killer Kelly

This match was okay. There was nothing that stood out to me in it.

Billie Starkz wins via pinfall
2/5

Dante Leon v. Aerial Van Go v. Joey Janela

This was a good match. It was a nice treat to see Dante Leon. Aerial Van Go FKA Zenshi got a new gimmick and improved in the ring. That flip AVG did off of the beam was tremendous.

Joey Janela wins via pinfall
2.75/5

Thrunt v. Trash Daddies

This match was just okay. I like everyone in this but it felt clunky to me. Parrow came out and beat up Alec Price so that continues that story.

Thrunt win via pinfall
2.5/5

Oni El Bendito v. Myron Reed

This was a decent match. I don't know when Myron Reed got this good and Oni El Bendito has been impressing me, however, this one started slow, and by the time it got going it ended. I think if this was given more time it would have been better.

Myron Reed wins via pinfall
2.5/5

Alex Zayne v. Speedball Mike Bailey.

This was a good match. It's always Nice to see Alex Zayne in a GCW ring because due to his schedule, he's hardly there and both he and Bailey were on point tonight.

Alex Zayne wins via pinfall
3/5

Death Match Royalty v. Dan The Dad, Shazza McKenzie, and KLD

This was a fun match. The more Jimmy Lloyd embraces the broski gimmick, the more fun it is.

Death Match Royalty wins via pinfall
2/5

Masha Slamovich defends the JCW Championship against Arik Cannon

This match was okay. It's nice to see Arik Cannon back on my radar and Masha is a great wrestler. The crowd was dead during this which kind of took me out of it.

Masha Slamovich retains via pinfall
2/5

Blake Christian defends the GCW Championship against John Wayne Murdoch

This was a good match. John Wayne Murdoch again showed he's not just a Death Match guy and he can work. Blake gave a lot of praise to Shawn Micheals in this match and the spot where he did the Elbow Drop off the speaker through the door was evidence of that. And St. Louis got tubes how about that?

Blake Christian retains via pinfall
3/5

Los Macizos v. Maki Death Kill

This was a good match. It was cool to see Nick Gage use the pizza cutter and this was a pretty crazy brawl. after the match, Nick Gage and Maki Itoh cut a promo saying there coming for the Tag Team Titles

Maki Death Kill wins via pinfall
2.75/5

Manders v. Mance Warner in a St. Louis Street Fight

This was a great match. This was very violent and reminded me of the way the NWA used to finish feuds. St. Louis even got a glass.

Mance Warner wins via pinfall
4.25/5

ICW NHB: 59

MM3 v. Jack Harrop

This was good. Jack Harrop needs to come to the states asap. These two had a cool brawl through the crowd and that finish with the Stomp MM3 gave Jack Harrop onto the chair with tubes was great.

MM3 wins via pinfall
2/5

Jack Bennett v. Micheal Caden

This was a cool match. May be a hot take but Jack Bennett reminds me a lot of Drew Parker in that he can go without weapons and do disgusting shit like take a syringe. Micheal Caden impressed me on this tour and hopefully, we get him stateside someday.

Micheal Caden wins via pinfall
2.5/5
Atticus Cogar v. Clint Margera

This match was amazing. Both men are mirror images of each other so I knew going in it would be an even match. Atticus is so good at selling, a table broke kind of funny outside of the ring and I legit thought he was knocked out. Plus the gusset board shot he took to the arm was sick. Clint has to be one of the top 3 in the UK right now and his having this kind of performance after getting his head cut open 2 days prior shows what a badass he is.

Clint Margera wins via pinfall
4.5/5

Tommy Vendetta v. Danny Darko

This wasn't bad. Tommy is way better as a heel and I hope that ICW keeps running with this.
Danny Darko wins via pinfall
2.25/5

Danny Demanto v. Emersyn Jayne

I liked this match. Emersyn is amazing and a National Treasure in the UK. And as much shit as Danny gets, one of the things he does amazingly is let his body get to where he can give whoever he's trying to put over a good match so props to that.

Emersyn Jayne wins via pinfall
2.75/5

Krule v. Lou Nixon

This was exactly what I wanted it to be, a fucking hoss fight.

Krule wins via pinfall
2.25/5

BA Rose v. Abdullah Kobayashi

This was great. It was a bloody affair and I got to see a BB Gun used in a match, that's a first.

Abdullah Kobayashi wins via pinfall
3/5

ICW NHB:58 Ultraviolent Vortex

Krule defends the IWTV Championship against Big Fn Joe v. Abdullah Kobayashi v. Danny Darko

This was a great way to open the show. A chaotic brawl. The one thing I took away from this was how badly Abdullah made Joe's hand bleed by stabbing him with a fork.

Krule retains via pinfall
3/5

Nina Samuels defends the Rise Womens Wrestling Underground Championship against Emersyn Jayne

This wasn't great. Emersyn is great but I'm not into Nina Samuels, I wasn't when I watched Progress, and I'm not now.

Nina Samuels retains via pinfall
1.5/5

MM3 v. Jack Bennett

This was a good wrestling match. I look forward to seeing more of Jack Bennett in the future.

MM3 wins via pinfall
2.5/5

Atticus Cogar v. Boy 1

I enjoyed this match. Atticus can go and go in I wasn't familiar with Boy 1 but I got familiar

Atticus Cogar wins via pinfall
3/5

Lou Nixon defends the Rise Underground European Death Match Championship against Danny Demanto

This was great. Lou Nixon can hit so hard and both men were bloody messes.

Lou Nixon retains via pinfall
2.75/5

BA Rose v. Micheal Caden

This was a cool match. These two went hard the whole time.

BA Rose wins via pinfall
2/5

Tommy Vendetta v. Clint Margera

Other than the finish with the terakata, a few chairs, and a few tables this was a straight wrestling match. Both guys can work as well as do Death Match and this was great.

Clint Margera wins via pinfall
3.25/5
