WLWxHorror Slam: Motor City Massacre 2025

Beastman v. Aaron Ashura v. Rey Demonyo v. Brandon Chapell

We had a 4-way match to start. We had Aaron Ashura and Beastman doing some high-flying. Beastman smacked Brandon Chappell in the face with a bone. Brandon Chappell used a tube on Beastman. And Brandon Chappell stole the win from Beastman. For an opening scramble-style match, this wasn't bad.

Brandon Chapell won via pinfall

The Den defended the Horror Slam Tag Team Championship against Twist and Flip and Backseat Boys

This was your average indie spot fest. It wasn't bad though.

The Den retained via pinfall

Breyer Wellington v. Mickie Knuckles

These two did a straight wrestling match, and for both of these two, who are primarily Death Match wrestlers,s, this was good. The only complaints I had were it took a while to get going, and I didn't like the Interference ending.

Breyer Wellington won via pinfall

1.5/5

MM3 v. Tommy Trainwreck in a 2 out of 3 Falls match

Tommy Trainwreck got MM3 with light tubes. MM3 got Trainwreck back with the tubes. MM3 did some kicks to Trainwreck. MM3 hit the double stomp on Trainwreck to get the first fall. Tommy Trainwreck rolled up MM3 to take the 2nd fall. The finish of this match saw MM3 give Tommy Trainwreck a double stomp onto a pit of gusset plates. This was a good match, and it was very bloody, so I like that here.

MM3 won 2 falls to 1

JJ Allin defended the Horror Slam Championship against Lil Sicko

Lil Sicko got guerilla-pressed over the top rope through a board with tubes on it below. As Lil Sicko was getting carried to the back to seek medical attention, JJ Allin attacked Lil Sicko with a tube and a Weedwacker, and Sicko reversed the Weedwacker. Lil Sicko did a moonsault off of the entryway with a tube bundle in his hand through JJ Allin, who was on a table below. Lil Sicko hit JJ with a DVD player. Lil Sicko did a cross-face with a tube wrapped in Barbed Wire, and JJ Allin did tap out, but there was no referee. JJ still pulled out the win. This was a very good match and a great way to debut Lil Sicko, that guy is gonna be a force to be reckoned with in the death match world.

JJ Allin retained via pinfall

3/5

Bobby V. Defended the WLW Pure Heart Championship against Tarzan Duran

Bobby V. Broke a tube over Tarzan Duran's head. Tarzan hit Bobby with a crutch with tubes on it. Bobby V. Carved Tarzan up with an axe. Tarzan did a flaming first drop to Bobby V. Tarzan hit a nice scorpion death lock on Bobby V. Tarzan gave Bobby V a straight jacket suplex through a tube cabin. Bobby V got Tarzan with a roll-up. This was another very good match and Bobby V. Should be bigger than he is.

Bobby V. Retained via pinfall

3/5

Chuck Stein defended the Horror Slam Death Match Championship against Eric Dillinger

Eric Dillinger started with a nice tope then Dillinger proceeded to bust a tube over Chuck Stein. Dillinger jammed gussets into Stein's head. Chuck Stein busted a tube bundle over Eric Dillinger. Stein hit Dillinger with a frying pan. Stein used syringes on Dillinger. Eric Dillinger took a backbody drop onto a pit of tacks. Tommy Trainwreck hit both men with tubes. And Eric Dillinger pinned Chuck Stein to win the title. This was another good match and the Tommy Trainwreck involvement was interesting.

Eric Dillinger won the Horror Slam Death Match Championship via pinfall

2.75/5

Tommy Vendetta v. Masada

These two got into some stiff wrestling. These two worked the Barbed wire that was around the ropes. Masada did the skewer spot. Vendetta powerbombed Masada onto a barbed wire board. Masada ended up getting up and pulling out the win. The match was a bit slow for my liking, but it's a Masada match; he's a master of psychology, so he's a legend for a reason. I still enjoyed the match.

Masada won via pinfall

2.75/5

Overall

This was a solid showing from We Love Wrestling and these guys are putting on a solid product right now. The second half of the show was phenomenal. The first 3 matches weren't bad but nothing memorable either.
