GCW: So Much Fun 2026

Marcus Mathers v. Ryan O'Neill

We had a wrestling match to open the show. It was okay. There was nothing wrong with it but it just didn't stand out.

Marcus Mathers won via pinfall

2.25/5

Mr. Danger v. Joey Janela

Next up was another wrestling match. It was fine, but a bit too slow-paced for me.

Joey Janela won via referee stoppage

2/5

YDNP defended the GCW Tag Team Championship against Ruckus and Don Freeze

We had a tag match here. Both teams were great here and this was a solid tag match.

YDNP retained via pinfall

2.75/5

Vipress and John Wayne Murdoch v. VNDL 48 (Atticus Cogar and Otis Cogar)

We had another Tag Team match next. It was cool to see the Cogars in action together. This one was more of a hardcore match, but there were some cool high-flying spots, and the finish was particularly impressive, as John Wayne Murdoch got slammed through a pane of glass. The match was good.

VNDL 48 won via pinfall

3/5

Dr. Redacted v. Beastman v. Conor Claxton v. Bear Bronson

We had a 4 way match next. This was great. Although this was mostly an outside chaotic brawl, it had a lot of cool spots. All these men used glass, Beastman ripped down a monitor and used that. We had barbed wire doors and yeah. Great match.

Bear Bronson won via pinfall

4.25/5

Unsigned and Don't Care v. Bussy

We had a tag match next. It was alright until Effy got disqualified but it did set up the Effy/Allie Katch rematch at Spring Break so there's that.

No Contest

1.75/5

Christian Napier v. Matt Tremont

This was our main event and Matt Tremont's career was on the line. If Christian Napier wins Matt Tremont's career is over but if Matt Tremont wins he gets a shot at Otis Cogar for the GCW Ultraviolent Championship. The story of the match was great. The chaos started with Tremont throwing Christian Napier off a scaffold through glass and a barbed wire net below. VNDL 48 tried to get involved but Marcus Mathers and Bear Bronson fought them off and in the midst of the chaos Christian Napier zip-tied Tremont and beat him down with Chairs and tubes. Tremont broke the zip ties, did a splash with tubes, and got the win. This was a fantastic match.

Matt Tremont won via pinfall

4.25/5

Overall

This show started slow but once the 4 Way match went on, it started getting good. This was a mixed bag for sure. The match of the night was Tremont/Napier. Was it my favorite show? No but it had some cool stuff.

6.6/10
