ICW NHB Vol. 70

Gary Jay v. Kody Manhorn

This was a straight-up wrestling match, and it was fine. It's just that technical style isn't really my thing. It was okay for what it was.

Kody Manhorn won via submission

2/5

Danny Darko v. MM3

.

The skinny tube used in this match was gigantic. That thing had to be at least 7 feet tall. This match was very straightforward. It was good wrestling with a few tube spots but both wrestlers were phenomenal. I enjoyed this.

MM3 won via pinfall

3/5

Tim Strange v. Big Fn Joe v. Iceman v. Michael Caden

This one was very chaotic. It reminded me of a later WCW Hardcore Match because it was too much to call. I still had fun watching it though. This was an alright match from 4 of the UK's best behemoths.

Tim Strange won via pinfall

2.5/5

Danny Demanto v. Clint Margera

This was good. Clint Margera might have one of the best Death Valley Drivers in the game and Clint gave him many. Danny went through tubes, doors, and all kinds of things in this.

Clint Margera won via pinfall

3/5

After this match, Clint Margera called out Lou Nixon for the later show.

Tommy Vendetta v. Drew Parker

This match was perfect. Tommy Vendetta took a great deal of punishment here, even though he was wearing his Death Match hoodie. Tommy went through a barbed wire gate and had darts thrown at him. Drew Parker here looked like he did in 2022 with great Death Match spots and Japanese-style wrestling.

Drew Parker won via pinfall

3.5/5

Jack Harrop v. Otis Cogar

We had a hoss fight here. This was slow as expected but the spot where Jack Harrop speared Otis through the door and Otis hit his head on the tire around the ring post was good. I liked this but again, this was a bit slow for me.

Otis Cogar won via pinfall

2/5

Atticus Cogar defended the American Death Match Championship against Lou Nixon

These two wrestled for most of this, and other than Atticus Cogar's skewer spot, there wasn't much Deathmatch, which is fine because both are good at it. I liked this match but the Otis powerbombing Lou Nixon to get Atticus the win was a bit flae.

Atticus Cogar retained via pinfall

2.5/5

Overall

This was another good show from ICW who are firing on all cylinders right now. Stand-out matches were Danny/Clint Margera and Drew Parker/Tommy Vendetta. Keep it up ICW

6/10
