Before the Tournament started RPW paid tribute to Ryan Beavers and Masada's dad, RIP to both

Eric Dillinger v. Dale Patricks in a First-Round Match
After a promo from Dale Patricks Eric Dillinger hit Dale Patricks with a thumbtack bat and dove on Patricks outside of the ring. When they were done brawling outside of the ring, Patricks got Dillinger with a Thumbtack bat, and Dillinger subbed Patricks with a chair. Dale Patricks jammed a broken VHS into Dillingers' back and pulled out the pieces. Dillinger finished the match with a package pilderiver through a door bridge. This was a solid match, and I liked how good wrestling was incorporated into this.
Eric Dillinger advanced via pinfall

Eric Ryan v. Mickie Knuckles in a First-Round Match
This was supposed to be Eric Ryan against Nick Gage, but Gage no-showed to return in GCW. This match started with a light tube shot and a headbutt from Ryan to Knuckles. Eric Ryan continued the assault on Knuckles by punching a tube into her head and jamming a gusset plate into her head. Mickie made a comeback with a hip attack and headbutting tubes into Eric Ryan. Mickie Knuckles used an exploding prosthetic leg on Eric Ryan, that's a First. Eric Ryan finished the match with a Death Valley Driver through a door in the corner. This was a good match and I was happy about Mickie stepping in.
Eric Ryan advanced via pinfall

Masada v. Iceman in a First-Round Match
The match began with chain wrestling. These two took it outside where Iceman attacked Masada with a tube. That woke Masada up enough to get Iceman with a tennis racket. Iceman attacked Masada with a light tube-covered skateboard and a pool cue. Once they got back in the ring Masada put Iceman through a door and carved up Iceman with the remnants of said door. Masada did the skewer spot. And Masada finished this with a running knee to the chest. This was a slow and methodical bloobath. This was very cool.
Masada advanced via pinfall

That Kyle v. Hardcore Hillbilly
After some stalling Hardcore Hillbilly got That Kyle with tubes. That Kyle got back on the attack with a gusset plate and a light tube skateboard. After popping his shoulder back into place, Hardcore Hillbilly did a Senton through a pane of glass. Hardcore Hillbilly finished the match with a splash through a tube bundle. This was a good match that served its purpose as a buffer between rounds of the tournament.
Hardcore Hillbilly won via pinfall

Jack Harrop defended the RPW Championship against Eric Dillinger in a Second-Round Match
Eric Dillinger jump-started the match with a tube shot to Jack Harrop. Harrop took back control with a senton and a tube shot of his own on Dillinger. Eric Dillinger hit a leg drop on Harrop with a tube bundle under Dillinger's leg off the apron. Harrop dove off the apron with a tube bundle onto Eric Dillinger. These two had a light tube exchange in the ring. Eric Dillinger finished the match with a coast-to-coast through a glass pane and a chair. Very solid match by 2 underrated workers and an insane finish.
Eric Dillinger advanced and won the RPW Championship via pinfall

Eric Ryan v. Masada in a Second-Round Match
This match determined who went on to the finals to face Eric Dillinger for the RPW Championship. Eric Ryan got Masada with the dropkick into the tube bundle then Eric Ryan proceeded to break a tube over Masada's head and carve Masada with it. Masada got back on offense with some brutal chops and strikes. After brawling Outside of the ring Masada hit Eric Ryan with a suplex on a tube bundle to end the match. This was a very sudden end to the match, and Masada was holding his leg, so I hope he was okay.
Masada advanced via pinfall

Chuck Stein v. Tommy Trainwreck
These two went outside the ring, where Tommy Trainwreck used a prosthetic leg on Chuck Stein. Tommy Trainwreck gave Chuck Stein a driver through a door. Chuck Stein got back on offense by putting syringes through Tommy Trainwreck's face. Tommy Trainwreck finished the match with a flaming knee. This could be fatigue but this match never really got going for me.

Eric Dillinger defended the RPW Championship in the Finals of King of the Kill 3 against Masada
These two did some chain wrestling then Eric Dillinger backed up Masada through a pane of glass. After some striking Masada through Dillinger through a pane of glass. Eric Dillinger finished the match with a frogsplash through a tube bundle. The match was good until the end, where a few moves were sloppy, and it took away from the momentum the match had going.
Eric Dillinger won King of the Kill 3 and retained the RPW Championship
2.5/5
Eric Dillinger v. Shlak in an Exloding Barbed Wire Match for King of the Kill 3
So there's a lot to explain here. The winner of King of the Kill from this year topically battles the winner of King of the Kill from the previous year. Both Eric Dillinger's RPW Championship and the King of the Kill are on the line. Winner takes all. Shlak got the advantage early with a slam and an elbow drop to the back of Dillinger with a tube. Shlak escalated that to an elbow drop on a tube bundle to Dillinger. Shlak threw Dillinger through a pane of glass. Dillinger got on offense by hitting Shlak with tubes, but that was short-lived because of Shlak's doing power moves to Dillinger. Shlak gave Dillinger a driver through a tube bundle. Eric Dillinger threw Shlak into the Exploding Barbed Wire and got the frog splash for the win. This was a great match because they made the explosions the finish.
Eric Dillinger retained the RPW Championship and won King of the Kill via pinfall
3.5/5
Overall
The first half of this tournament was great. Not a bad opening round match. The second half was lackluster minus Dillinger winning. The finals were great. This was definitely a mixed bag for sure. Decent show overall
