ICW NHB: Vol. 90

 

Shlak and Danny Demanto were supposed to happen, but Shlak got injured, so that match is gonna happen in Chattanooga.

MM3 v. Jameson Shook v. Lucky 13 v. Jimmy Lloyd 

After some outside wrestling, Jameson Shook got put through a door. Jimmy Lloyd gave Lucky 13 a package pildriver on an Ultraviolent Dance floor. Jameson Shook gave Jimmy Lloyd a Finlay Roll from the apron through a door that had tubes on it. MM3 finished off Lucky 13 with a destroyer. 

This was a decent match, but 4 matches are usually too chaotic to call.

JB Anderson v. Casanova Valentine 

Casanova Valentine started off hot by breaking a tube bundle over JB Anderson's head. JB Anderson had tubes across him and Casanova Valentine gave Anderson a splash. Casanova Valentine broke a tube over JB Anderson with a gardening tool. Casanova Valentine used a cheese grater on JB Anderson. Casanova Valentine used a barbed wire Billy Bass on JB Anderson. JB Anderson busted a tube over Casanova Valentine's head. Casanova Valentine jammed a gusset plate into JB Anderson's arm. Casanova Valentine gave Anderson a chokeslam through a tube bridge to finish the match. 

This was a Casanova Valentine-dominated match, but JB Anderson got enough in to look good. This match was solid.

Eric Ryan v. Tommy Vendetta 

After some chain wrestling, Eric Ryan used the glass that was taped to his fist on Tommy Vendetta. Tommy Vendetta gave Eric Ryan a pilderiver on a bunch of broken glass. Eric Ryan used his fists to knock out Tommy Vendetta. 

This match had a few glass spots but it was more or less a wrestling match.  This wasn't terrible, but could have been better.

Eric Ryan won via referee stoppage

Dr. Redacted v. Eric Dillinger 

Dr. Redacted got put through a pane of glass and had a gusset plate jammed into his head by Eric Dillinger. Dr. Redacted gave Eric Dillinger a Tower of London on a chair. Dr. Redacted dove off a bar onto Eric Dillinger. Dr. Redacted cannonballed through a pane of glass onto Eric Dillinger. Dr. Redacted finished off Eric Dillinger with a curbstomo on a trash can lid.

This was a phenomenal match. There were many crazy spots and not a bad part to this match.

Danny Demanto v. Vixsin

Danny Demanto started off by throwing a Tokyo Tower at Vixsin. They went outside the ring, and Vixsin attacked Danny Demanto with tubes. Once they got back in the ring, Vixsin jammed a gusset plate into Danny Demanto's head. Danny Demanto used a Cricket bat on Vixsin. Danny Demanto attacked Vixsin with a gusset plate. Vixsin got thrown out of the ring through a tube that had a tube cabin on it. Danny Demanto hit Vixsin with a popper bat. Danny Demanto did an elbow drop on Vixsin and they went through a door with tubes on it. Vixsin finished off Danny Demanto with a driver onto an Ultraviolent Dance floor. 

This was a terrific match, and it was even better than their previous bout last year.

After the match, Vixsin called out Angel Metro. And to the individual, Danny announced that they are suing ICW because they fell outside of a show. You're a bitch, and I hope your injuries are permanent. 

Hoodfoot v. Nathan Mowery 

Nathan Mowery went outside of the ring and jammed a gusset plate into Hoodfoot's head and Hit Hoodfoot with vinyl. Hoodfoot got Nathan Mowery by throwing a tube bundle at him. Nathan Mowery did an elbow drop off the stage through a pane of glass onto Hoodfoot, and once they got back into the ring, Nathan Mowery hit Hoodfoot with a tube. Nathan Mowery gave Hoodfoot a cutter through a barbed wire door. Nathan Mowery used a slap chop on Hoodfoot's hand. Nathan Mowery used a bandsaw on Hoodfoot's head. Nathan Mowery finished off Hoodfoot with a running knee.

While this match wasn't as good as their match last year, this was still very good and very violent.

John Wayne Murdoch defended the American Death Match Championship against Bear Bronson 

John Wayne Murdoch came out and cut a heel promo. Once the match started officially Bear Bronson broke tubes over John Wayne Murdoch's head. Bear Bronson gave John Wayne Murdoch an elbow drop with a tube. John Wayne Murdoch wore out Bear Bronson with tubes and a gusset plate. John Wayne Murdoch used a knife on Bear Bronson. Bear Bronson chokeslammed John Wayne Murdoch on a tube bundle. John Wayne Murdoch gave Bear Bronson a running knee, and Bronson's face went through a tube bundle. John Wayne Murdoch finished off Bear Bronson with a brainbuster.

This was a great match and the addition of Gabby Forza getting involved made for great storytelling

Overall

This was a solid show to begin the year. First half was so so. The Anderson/Valentine match was sick after that 4 bangers to cap the show off. Amazing show. I hope that ICW will continue to move forward after the lawsuit.
