Blake Christian v. Marcus Mathers
We had a wrestling match to start the show. This was Blake Christian's return to GCW, and he hasn't lost a step—still a great wrestler and a great heel. I feel Marcus Mathers has been inconsistent lately but not here. This match gelled well and was a very solid open.
Blake Christian won via pinfall

Alec Price v. Gary Jay
We had a singles match next. I'm a fan of both wrestlers and this wasn't bad but this one just didn't stand out to me.
Alec Price won via pinfall

Vipress v. John Wayne Murdoch
Next up was the first Death Match of the evening. Vipress has impressed me lately and tonight was no exception. Vipress can sell goods, and I loved her use of the knife board on John Wayne Murdoch. Murdoch is a legend and great at putting over talent. This got over Vipress which it was supposed to and was a very violent and great match.
John Wayne Murdoch won via pinfall

Don Freeze v. Juni Underwood v. Anakin Murphy v. Logan Cavasos v. Ray Jaz v. Terry Yaki
Another GCW Scramble. It was decent.
Terry Yaki won via pinfall

Jimmy Lloyd v. Mr. Danger
We were back to Death Match next. I haven't seen Jimmy Lloyd in a while, and he looked good here. He hit a destroyer from the apron through a door and tube structure below to Mr. Danger. Mr. Danger is so good and I love the hybrid style he does. Danger hit a lot of cool tube spots while doing Topes and Flips. This match was great.
Mr. Danger won via pinfall

Atticus Cogar defended the GCW Championship against Slade
The GCW Title match was up next. I'm a fan of both wrestlers but the majority of this match was too slow. It did pick up once Atticus Cogar gave Slade a brain hemorrhage into a barbed wire door. The spot with Atticus jamming skewers into Slade's head and giving him liberty spikes was cool and did save the match. It was decent.
Atticus Cogar retained via pinfall

Otis Cogar defended the GCW Ultraviolent Championship against Connor Claxton
This was our main event. Otis looked great here and was as violent as ever. That fucking straight razor spot he does always gets me. I haven't seen a lot of Connor Claxton. I know he's a name from the past and had stepped away for a bit but he didn't show it here. This man bled like crazy and took an insane bump off of a Scaffold through an alley with glass and doors below plus he only cleared the top so it was worse. Good way to end the show.
Otis Cogar retained via pinfall
3/5
Overall
This was one of the better GCW shows I've seen in a while. There wasn't a weak spot on the card. Vipress/John Wayne Murdoch was match of the night and they didn't do overkill on this show and have 4 unannounced matches which I appreciated as well.
8/10
