Pacific North Death: Debut Show

Hardcore v. Eric Dillinger in a Steel Cage Match.

We had a steel cage match to start the show. While this match had good wrestling and some cool tube spots, I could have used more of this. For me, this match was fine, just too short.

Eric Dillinger won via pinfall

Rob Shit v. Petrod in a Portland Street Fight

This was an impromptu match. Other than a Tokyo Tower there wasn't much to this match. I wasn't that into it.

Drexl and Funny Bone v

The Little Uglies in a Devil's Playground Match.

This looked to be a gimmicky match. We had staple guns used. Drexl and Funny Bone poured salt and lemon juice on the wounds of the Little Uglies. The finish with the Double Stomp through the Barbed Wire door was great too. This was a good match.

Drexl and Funny Bone won via pinfall

Sonico v. Tara Zep

Sonico was supposed to face Jimmy Lloyd and Tara Zep was supposed to face Sawyer Wreck. I don't know what happened but that doesn't matter. I like how Tara is flying around the ring and I'm standing by my Sick Nick Mondo comparison. Gusset plates and tubes were used. There was a scary spot where Tara went for the Destroyer off of a ladder through a table but said table didn't break, but they were both fine. Then Sonico also botched by giving Tara a superplex and completely missing the table. I liked this match until the end where it kind of fell apart, fuck that table.

Sonico won via pinfall

Dr. Redacted v. Reed Bentley

These two immediately came out swinging with tubes. These two had a good brawl through the crowd. A Costco pizza was used in this melee. Reed Bentley used 2 bats on Redacted, one with Gussets and one with carpet strips. Redacted took a brutal headshot from the bottom of a trash can. This was a great match, and I hope to see them run this back.

Dr. Redacted won via submission

4/5

Shane Mercer v. Jimmy Lloyd

We had a ton of glass here and Jimmy Lloyd used a Weedwacker. Shane Mercer was pulled off of a Scaffold and fell through a door waiting below. This match was good but it had a hard time following the match before it.

Jimmy Lloyd won via pinfall

3/5

Overall

This was a good debut show. Even though this was plagued with drama, I won't get into here cancelations; these guys/girls pulled it off. The main events were solid, and the mid-card was good. I can't wait to see what else Pacific North Death does.

7/10
